Once I received the proper things from my doctor and references, I was able to submit the completed application for Arizona Goldens LLC to review and contact me if I passed the paper application phase or not? In order to pass this phase, Arizona Goldens had to contact my references, my doctor had to verify the medial necessity of the dog, and speak with me via telephone call to verify and go over any application questions. Once this phase was completed, it was on to the Meet and Greet Phase.
